Terms & Conditions — bdbagee Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1 General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdbagee platform — including the casino, sportsbook, live dealer section, cashier, promotional pages, or customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bdbagee. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

bdbagee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published at bdbagee.net/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by bdbagee, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, crash games, instant games, cricket betting, sports betting, virtual sports, jackpot games, bonuses, promotions, tournaments, and any future products added to the platform. Specific game rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions may supplement — but do not override — these general Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the bdbagee platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. bdbagee strictly prohibits access by minors. This is a non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bdbagee, nor an immediate family member of such a person, when using the platform for real-money wagering.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as the registered account holder — not on behalf of any other person, company, or entity.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from bdbagee or placed under a voluntary or mandatory ban on gambling activity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bdbagee conducts age and identity verification during the registration process and at the point of first withdrawal. Players will be required to submit valid government-issued identification — such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport — as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to be registered by or operated by a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source used. Winnings accumulated on underage accounts will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming and betting services on bdbagee, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account where applicable.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bdbagee account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdbagee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses, and withhold any withdrawals pending compliance review.

KYC Document Requirements

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, bdbagee may request the following documents from any registered player at any point:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days of the request being issued may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete. bdbagee will not process withdrawals to any payment method not verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bdbagee will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All bdbagee accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdbagee supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bdbagee reserves the right to apply limits on a per-account basis following KYC review.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your bdbagee account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Processing delays caused by the payment provider are outside bdbagee's control.
• bdbagee does not charge fees on BDT deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Standard transaction charges applied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer minimums may differ.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. bdbagee applies this rule as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer processing times may be up to 2 business days.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts will have withdrawals held pending document submission and review.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. See Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.
• bdbagee reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns. This may extend processing time.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bdbagee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and to any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, passed initial KYC verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your bdbagee account balance. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all game sessions, unless the platform interface indicates otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times).

• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time window specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse & Fraud

bdbagee employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine exposure to game variance, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and coordinated abuse across groups of players. Where bonus abuse is identified, bdbagee reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close all implicated accounts.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered bdbagee player, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false information: Submitting inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Underage access: Attempting to access bdbagee services while under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in doing so.
• Multiple accounts: Operating or attempting to operate more than one bdbagee account simultaneously or sequentially for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading account restrictions.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals against bdbagee after receiving services or withdrawals.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage over bdbagee or other players.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, exploit software, or any automated means to interact with the bdbagee platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money laundering: Using the bdbagee platform to launder proceeds of criminal activity, to layer illicit funds, or to obscure the source of any funds deposited or withdrawn.
• Abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language or behaviour at bdbagee staff, support agents, or other platform users.

bdbagee cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to any criminal activity identified on or through its platform. Records of account activity, transactions, and communications are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

7 Game Rules & Betting Rules

All casino games available on bdbagee — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and instant win games — are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own published set of rules, available within the game interface. The individual game rules published by the game studio take precedence over any general description on the bdbagee platform in the event of a discrepancy.

Sports Betting Rules

• All sports bets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to bdbagee's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately in the sportsbook section of the platform.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or declared void will be settled in accordance with bdbagee's void bet policy — typically, stake returned to account balance.
• In-play bets are accepted at bdbagee's discretion. bdbagee reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time during an event without prior notice.
• Obvious pricing errors — including but not limited to manifest odds errors, system glitches, or feed failures — will be voided and stakes returned, even after a bet has been accepted and confirmed on-screen.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a wager.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error occurring during a game round or live betting session, bdbagee will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and reconstruct the state of the session from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bdbagee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to your account balance. bdbagee is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including failures in third-party network infrastructure, payment provider outages, or mobile carrier disruptions affecting players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, or any other part of Bangladesh.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bdbagee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors.
• At the player's own request — including voluntary self-exclusion under bdbagee's responsible gaming programme.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bdbagee account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bdbagee will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds within the standard processing window, cancel all active bonuses, and confirm the closure in writing via the registered email address. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon written request, subject to fresh KYC verification, unless the closure was initiated as a self-exclusion — in which case the self-exclusion period must first expire.

Effect of Closure on Balances

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, bdbagee reserves the right to withhold real-money balances pending a compliance review. Where fraud, money laundering, or serious breach is confirmed, bdbagee may forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to relevant authorities. Where account closure is initiated by bdbagee for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
